Only an Admin or our Customer Support team can remove you from a team/profile you have claimed or been invited to. You have two options to remove yourself from a team/profile:
- Reach out to your team Admin and request they remove you from the team. You can view this information by visiting the Teams page under the account dropdown and selecting a Team from the list to view all members.
- Reach out to Customer Support here to request you be removed from the team/profile. If you are the only Admin of a particular team/profile you cannot remove yourself and must reach out to Customer Support to revoke your access, thereby making the team/profile available to claim using a different account or by another user.
